Why Can't I Use Some of the Conditions When I'm Creating a Smart Offer?

If you're a new Spring Metrics customer, you may notice a message in the Smart Offers builder that says you can't use certain trigger conditions for the first week of your subscription:



And sure enough, if you click the drop-down menu to select a condition, you'll see that the "Conversion History" and "Revenue" conditions have been disabled for your account.

They are disabled because we don't have enough data in your account yet, and using those conditions will cause the Smart Offer to be shown to everyone (in some cases) or no one (in other cases) - and that's not good for your site.

Once Spring Metrics has gathered a lot of data about your site and learned about your visitors (usually takes about one week), these conditions will become enabled.
